Just wanted to come here to ask a question. My car is an '03 model and was caught in a hail storm a few weeks ago. I was in an auto accident without insurance. What am I facing?

I was in a car accident yesterday. I live in California. I had no insurance at the time, although I was unaware that my girlfriend had not sent in my quarterly paryment and was actually driving without insurance for almost 3 months. The driver immediately infront of me had good damage to the back of her car and was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. THe other driver in front and her passenger were also taken to the hospital with minor injuries and their car had minor damage when I looked at it at the time of the accident.
